My Library Account

Accessing My Library Record

  • Go to 'My Library Record' from the Allison Library catalogue.
  • Log in with your last name and first name; then type in the full number on your library card (beginning with 05221...) and click 'Submit'.
  • From here you will see one or more hyperlinked lines of text (e.g. " 1 item currently checked out"). Click on the line you wish to see.

Renewing Materials:

  1. Click on the hyper-linked text that indicates how many items you currently have checked out (e.g. "7 items currently checked out").
  2. Check the box beside the item(s) you wish to renew.
  3. Click the "Renew Selected" button at the top of the list

A message stating "Too soon to renew" is displayed if you try to renew items with more than 7 days remaining until the due date (for regular loans). This is to prevent a borrower from inadvertently renewing too soon and thus using the 3-renewal limit too quickly.

Logout when you have finished.
