My Library Account
Accessing My Library Record
- Go to 'My Library Record' from the Allison Library catalogue.
- Log in with your last name and first name; then type in the full number on your library card (beginning with 05221...) and click 'Submit'.
- From here you will see one or more hyperlinked lines of text (e.g. " 1 item currently checked out"). Click on the line you wish to see.
Renewing Materials:
- Click on the hyper-linked text that indicates how many items you currently have checked out (e.g. "7 items currently checked out").
- Check the box beside the item(s) you wish to renew.
- Click the "Renew Selected" button at the top of the list
A message stating "Too soon to renew" is displayed if you try to renew items with more than 7 days remaining until the due date (for regular loans). This is to prevent a borrower from inadvertently renewing too soon and thus using the 3-renewal limit too quickly.
Logout when you have finished.
